Poor service from Clicks Pharmacy at the Birkenhead Centre, Melkbos Strand

I went to collect my father's medication on the 26th of December 2017. I received medication prescribed for another client. I then went back to Clicks in order to rectify this situation. Ordinarily I would not make a fuss of this incident, but for months now, this pharmacy have been giving my father the wrong medication and every time I have to waste my time and fuel to have the situation resolved. This particular pharmacy also has multiple profiles with my name and thereby making it a nightmare for me to even get my medication. The nonchalant attitude of the pharmacist Brenda, also leave a lot to be desired. My family and I have been loyal customers of Clicks for decades. I am sure that Clicks will not lose any sleep over losing a long standing client and I strongly doubt that any intervention will be done on behalf of the customers of Clicks, Melkbos Strand. I just thought to air my grievance for what it is worth.
