Poor service from clicks manager

I was at your store in Alberton city my 2year old son got sick and vomited in the store, I went to pharmacy in-store then went to pay and the manager ,who didn't have a name tag, fetched me at the till told me to clean floor. When I asked them to hold him while I do it, she put him inside a basket. Then when I came back she told me he still wants to vomit. If the manager is like that towards a customer with a sick child how are her employees? She showed nor concern for my sick son her only priority was that I clean her store. I am very disappointed that a manager could treat customers this and when I asked her if this is how things are done at clicks she proudly said yes. Im out of words and I am shocked at my experience at Alberton city clicks.??????.
