Poor Service from Clicks Direct.

Clicks Direct has been paid by the Medical Aid, and it's been 2 weeks now and now medication has been delivered. After phoning them, they keeps saying the investigating and will get back to me, but they do return any calls. Very disappointing service from Clicks Direct.
