Poor Service for the second time.

i went to clicks to buy medication and the person who assisted me (Brian) mistakenly used my points. Went back to rectify it but i was told my points cannot be reversed.Jean the manager said there is nothing she can do about it,like its not my fault that it happened. it is the same as they put items on the wrong aisle and the price did not match the product i wanted to buy she said she cannot override the item . What is it that she can actually do because she always 'CAN'T' her word! She said maybe a customer put it by mistake on there .IT WAS NOT ONLY 1 ITEM BUT MOST. I cannot deal!! :( :( :( :( <br> The other guy came and made me an offer but i was just not interested anymore.i am done there.
