Poor service

I have had the worst experience with the Clicks store in Cape Town at the Charlesville store. I am on Chronic hypertension pills and they have been ordering the pills and they are still not with me. The first lady who I dealt with on Saturday the 16th of April said she would order the pills to my surprise she hadnt and I only discovered this on Wednesday after trying so many times to call they don't even answer calls at that store. My partner went to collect only to be told that the pills were not ordered and they had to be ordered again. I am trying to get hold of the store to find out what the hold up is because its been a full week now and I have not been taking my pills
