Poor service

Today I went to clicks in Liberty mall for my 2nd dosage. There was only one lady in front of me in fact it was only 2 of us. When I finished at the counter she was already inside. 8 minutes later she came out. From there I waited for another 30minutes more then I decided to leave. When I asked them if I can take the same form to clicks pavilion they say no. I feel that clicks in Liberty mall PMB is taking an advantage that we don't pay for a vaccine because I wasted an hour for nothing. In pavilion it was 20minutes yet I was number 3 on the queue.
