Poor Service Experience at Clicks Pharmacy, Shelly Centre Mall

My wife and I visited Clicks Pharmacy at Shelly Centre Mall yesterday, February 1st, 2024. I went there to get tested for HIV, accompanied by my wife. The nurse was very moody and treated us poorly, even when we tried to engage in conversation; she appeared disinterested and irritable. The worst part was when, after calling us into her examination room, she abruptly asked us to go back and wait outside because another patient needed to come in. While we didn't mind accommodating the request, our concern lies in the nurse's demeanor. Healthcare professionals need to leave personal issues at home, if any, and treat clients with respect. We didn't feel comfortable asking questions because the nurse seemed unwilling to communicate. The name of the Nurse is Andiswa Mdedu.
