poor service ever

worst services iv ever recieved. I bought 4 blenders from clicks online on de 08/08/20 , dey deducted de money frm my acc n due to their technical errors de money ws not reflecting on their system. I called immidiately logged de call wit Johan n he said they will get bek 2me during office hrs. on de 10th I called again n I ws told i should wait 3 working days. dey sent an email saying dey got de money they will refund it on de club clicks cash bek. yerstd I went to clicks midrand 2 purchase with de cash bek only 2 find dat dey ddnt refund de money back. I just called dem now spoke 2 thabisa , she just told me de money will b loaded within de nxt 2days. de promotion wil b over at clicks , den it mins der wil b no use of dat cash in card. cn u kindly assist me in dis matter
