Poor service delivery at clicks metlife mall king Williams town

On Sunday the 25/05/224 I went to clicks in King Williams Town at metlife mall shopping centre for a priescription. The service I received from the pharmacist was very very poor. I asked him about how they call the tickets and the answer I received was that he is only there to help, not full time and that I should not be asking him those questions and that I should come back on Monday to ask the manager when they are back. I asked him his name as he had no name badge on him, he said i will see it on the prescription sticker when he's done. I asked if there's anyone in charge i can speak to. The lady he called was not helpful at all as well. I told her about the service that gentleman is giving me, she simply said that I can log a complaint if i wanted. The guy was plain rude including the lady that was in charge. I was later told that the medical aid was offline and that I was not gonna recieve my medication but there was no need to be rude. I told him that I assumed since he works at clicks he would simply explain how the ticket calling works so that I would understand for next time as well, he said I should have asked the lady that did not call my ticket.
