Poor service

On the 4th of August I bought a Toni and Guy hair dryer and I paid it online, so had to wait that 3 days to collect it from their store,a week passed and still didn't get my hair dryer emailed them nobody bothered to phone me instead they sent an auto response email,today I emailed again because I haven't received my paid dryer till today
