Poor Service

An hour ago i went clicks at the bridge store in Greenacres Port Elizabeth to return an item that I bought to another store. The manager who is African lady was rude to me. She told me that I must go and return the items at Kenako mall as its their fault. I wont be able to return it. What is worse she went as far as telling me that they don't have that gift set in store while they did. I am not happy at all with her service. She doesn't now "customer first rule" I am sooo disappointed at Clicks.
