POOR SERVICE

My wife and I have been a client of Clicks for some time now. I am on several chronic medications and when my month's medication came close to being finished, I visited Clicks to obtain my new medication. A Blond lady assisted me. She looked on the system and informed me that it is not due for renewal yet as I recently received my medication. She informed me to go and have a look in my boxes. I could not understand as all my medication was finished. Be it as it may, I thought that maybe I have lost some memory and went home, searched and found nothing. I told her that it is Chronic medication and I simply cannot go without is. She looked at me cold faced and told me I must ma go and look for it.

Today, I visited Clicks again and asked for the proof of my signature that I have received my medication this month. The lady attending, searched the system and also saw that the medication was booked out. She then went to look at the prepared medicine storage and found my medication there. I did not order it.

Just bear in mind that my last medication was given to me on 13 July 2023 as per the dates on my boxes, so I have been without my medication for a few days now.

I told the lady that she should have looked further as I kept on saying to her that I have not received any medication this month yet.

I am a pensioner and not a healthy person and had to drive back there a second time due to their incompetence.

Needless to say, I canceled my medication with Clicks today.
