Poor service

I went to Clicks Evaton Maal on Sunday the 23rd of May 2021to exchange an iron bought in October 2020 that has stopped working. Firstly the store is supposed to open at 09h00 according to the operating hours and we stood there for over 20 minutes with other customers and Clicks employees with no explanation whatsoever. I left and went back after 12h00 and was attended by a lady with a name Moratowa as she introduced herself. She said that they did not have the iron in stock however she'll call me when they do. I explained that it was a matter of urgency but till today I have not received any feedback 5days later. Not impressed at all since other customers who were in a hurry like me that morning also left unattended. This is poor customer service
