Poor service Clicks Sandton City

Visited the Clicks Sandton City branch on 28 July. Was totally shocked at the attitude of the floor staff especially at a time when jobs are so difficult to come by. First interaction was with a male and female staff have a jolly old conversation. I requested assistance for some vitamins. The conversation between the two continued and I was brushed off with an answer of aisle number which I had already been to. I requested for one of them to show it to me. Oops bad mistake, what attitude followed. Anyways we get there and she has no clue what to look for from my description of the vitamin which they have been advertising bit still with the attitude. Coindentally they are out of stock. So we continue shopping and are looking for another product and meet another staff in the aisle. We request her assistance for a tablet for my wife. She doesn't work in this department. Ok get the person who works in this department. She is on leave for the day. Ok get me the manager. Sorry he is on lunch. Can you check the computer to see if you have stock. Please go to customer services. I was about to blow a gasket and as I looked down there was the medication. Grabbed it paid for it and walked out. Do people really value there jobs or do they just feel that companies are obligated to keep them.
