Poor Service - Clicks Pharmacy Trade Route Mall

Clicks Trade Route Mall in Lenasia, must be one the worse pharmacies I have ever been to. I was diagnosed with pneumonia today. I went to the pharmacy to hand in my prescription and get my medication. I sat there from 14.100 to 15.59, three people in front of me. I could not wait any longer as I had a long way to drive. When I left there was two people in front of me. I spoke to an older lady in front of me, she said this is her 3rd attempt to get her medication. She also said that she has to take time off work just to collect her script. When I asked to speak to the manager of the pharmacy I was told he is busy. Their service is poor, unprofessional and u as customer are treated like an idiot. I will never take any script to a clicks Trade Route Mall ever again. In fact I won't make use of any Clicks Pharmacy again. The on duty pharmacists take an hour just to get your meds redy!!
