Poor Service clicks Pharmacy Daveyton Mall

Im very embarrassed by Clicks pharmacy Daveyton Mall Service. I came today 12/06/2021 to collect my prescription as i was told when i first collected the medication that i will get an sms when to come and collect. When i got here the Pharmacy manager who assisted ted me on my first collection said there was no records of me coming to the pharmacy on the 1st of May. I asked her how is that possible she then said the are no records of my prescription i told her that i received my first prescription 1st of may then how is it possible?? She then went back office another lady came and said she cant find my prescription i then told her tht ibhave my medical aid statements showing that i collected my prescription here first week of May she also went back office and said i should take a seat. Ive been sitting here for almost an hour i don't know whats going on. How is it that my medicalbaid statement shows my prescription collected on the 1st of May at clicks daveyton Mall however their system doesnt have any records of that? Poor management im disgusted by the service i got here around 10 its almist 11 im still siting at the pharmacy waiting to be assisted sies maan
