Poor service Clicks Lyttelton

I cannot give Clicks Lyttelton the star that I have to give to be able to write this complaint and chocolate is nót accepted as appology because I dónt eat it. This morning 40 minutes of my time was wasted for waiting because the tills does not work on opening the store. Eventually after 40minutes I told the lady that is managment that she must please keep my stuff I will come back for it. At 14h00 I was back and my stuff was'nt kept. Firstly when waiting they phoned and spoke in their language to file the complain about the tills not working and said its every morning a problem with the tills not working. Comming back at 2 the very same lady said to the till staff, in their langauge to apologise and she will get the stuff if she remember what. I was by then highly upset. It is rude to speak in another language thinking I dont understand it because I do and would speak it back to them. In future I will speak my language to them and tuff it they dont understand. Because I was so upset because they DID NÓT keep their word I did not check and ended up at home with Borax Powder in sted of Cape Alow. I tried phoning but they not answering the phone. This is not the first time that I have had a problem with them. Theur service is pathetic
