Poor Service Clicks Cavendish Glen (Hanelie!!!)

I would like to share my bad experience with Hanelie from Clicks Pharmacy in Cavendish Glen. She has absolutely no people s****s and the worse manners. I got diagnosed with Covid-19 today and had to call my doctor for a script. The script got emailed to me. I asked a friend to collect the medicine for me from Clicks Pharmacy in Cavendish Glen where I normally go to. Because I didn't want him to struggle, I pre-phoned the pharmacy to ask them if it is possible for me to send a friend with my medical aid card and if I could email the script through to them. I at first left a message for Hanelie as she was busy (which I understood at the time). When I didn't get a call back and my friend was already on the way there, I called again. Hanelie answered the phone and before I could even finish my sentence she rudely said and I quote '' I cant help you I have a line of people so I will call back" if she just spoke to me politely I would have had no problem with that. All is wanted was to ask if it was possible and if I may have an email address. Does this pharmacist not get that she works with people who are scared and uncertain of what this pandemic can do to them. Just to let you know Hanelie……..
