Poor service by store manager

I was poorly serviced by the store manager at Clicks Mandini. I've been using Clicks for years, whenever I don't have a Clicks clubcard with me, which is very rare, I give my number from memory and it has always worked but on Tuesday this week, the manager refused to use my club card number siting that the policy does not allow it. He was very rude when I asked if it was a new policy. I ended up leaving the items and I don't intend going back to that shop.
