Poor Service by Manager of Clicks Lemon Tree, Alberton

I visited Clicks Lemon Tree on Thursday, 30 January 2020 @17:25, I was on a queue to pay my items, an available consultant called me to pay, when I arrived at his cash desk, a lady by the name of Ncumisa Sephula said to the consultant ring a plastic bag for a client who had been helped before (former client who was serviced and left the cash desk). The consultant said "I cannot assist as I have already called another client". In front of myself, clients and fellow colleagues she stated "Haai maan ring that bag it's only 1 item" I asked her why she's behaving in that manner as it was my turn and I was due to be assisted, she responded with a bad attitude saying " Sisi what is the problem it's only one item" I said to her you could have just apologised and politely asked for my permission to assist a former client. She gave me a look and held her chest to say why?

I requested to speak to the Manager, unfortunately the same person who was rude, had no manners, lacked client centricity and is disrespectful, happened to be a leader of the store.

What kind of leader is Ncumisa Sephula, who blatantly disrespects clients in front of subordinates and other clients. For a Clicks loyal member, I have never been humiliated like this before.

Furthermore, I requested for the complaints center details, she had the audacity to to say " The number is on your slip, look for it on the slip" with an attitude.

Ncumisa has intentionally ignored the transparent, fair and efficient management of Customer Complaints which is not only good business practice, but is a legislative and industry requirement. I am saying this because the consultant did not know the complaints number I requested as he is new in the store, that could be an exception however, the store manager is supposed to ensure that her subordinates are fami**** with the complaints process.

I was not happy and still not happy with the poor customer service experienced from the Leadership of a Clicks store.
