Poor service by a clicks maponya mall staff member

I would like to share the bad experience regarding the poor service I received from a Pamela Rabosiwane at Clicks Maponya Mall store. During my visit, I found her attitude to be unprofessional, unfriendly, and dismissive when I spoke with her. She appeared unwilling to help and responded to my questions in a very cold manner, which made my shopping experience unpleasant. It was like she was forced to come to work on that day.
