Poor service @DoringKloof Centurion Clicks Pharmacy

I've been a regular client at Clicks Doringkloof in Centurion for years and today I've been unpleasantly surprised by the poor service they give to clients. I was told to phone them and confirm if my prescription were received. I was put on hold for 30 minutes while I can hear the staff talking and the assistant going about servicing clients. When eventually I phoned in again the same assistant told me that they don't have any supervisors at the branch and he did let me know my prescription was received which is a lie. He was arrogant and when asking for his name he just hung up. This is pathetic service and I can not believe that we have people working in an industry where you are suppose to care for your customers who just do the opposite. Great service is definitely hard to find and I truly hope that this review can save some clients going through the same experience, wasting time and airtime. Truly bad, bad attitude and nobody to reprimand this guy.
