Poor service at dispensary

The Clicks in Caledon in the Western Cape implemented the ticket system some time ago and eversince it has been a nightmare to collect my chronic medication. It is totally understandable that one has to wait for an hour in line. It was never like this before. They have space for 8 counters at the dispensaries but only 2 was occupied and that at the beginning of the month! I waited 20 mins and left without my medication
