POOR SERVICE AT CLICKS ORANGE FARM

I went to Clicks Orange Farm Mall last week Saturday to have my med script filled. The pharmacist who was helping told that some meds are not in stock, when i got home my medication was incomplete excluding the once that were out of stock. i will get an sms when all is ready. On Wednesday the 8th of July i got the sms stating that my balance of medication was ready for collection. On Saturday the 11th i went to fetch my medication and to inquire about the shortage. To my surprise nothing was ready and actually i was speaking French. I spend more than an hour waiting for my medication and two ladies who tried could no give me my medication.
