Poor service at Clicks online.

Poor online service at clicks. Iv made an online order on the 1 December 2025 and today is the 20th and I have not received my order. I have tried to follow it up with their customer care, it’s been more than 72hours and they still not informing me what’s happening with my order. This is unacceptable. Don’t bother yourself buying from clicks online. More than 10 days of purchase and nobody can tell me when am I going to receive my order.
