Poor service at Clicks, Eswatini

I visited Clicks in Mbabane, Eswatini and the lady at the cosmetics section was incredibly rude! I requested her assistance in picking a new face wash, I started off by pointing her to the one I currently use, to give her an idea of what works for me (I was considering changing it because it seemed too harsh and not for everyday use). She goes on to rudely tell me 'if it wasn't a facewash, it would be written, I should just flip it and read the back'. I tell her that my problem is not that I cannot read, I would just like a recommendation for something else, she repeats 'if it wasn't for everyday use, it would be written, I should just read'. I told her to never mind, I'll just find my way around, only then she starts apologizing but it really left a bitter taste in my mouth. I would assume the floor attendants are trained to recommend products to customers, not tell us in not so many words, to 'figure it out ourselves'
