Poor service at Clicks!

Clicks sent me a R120 voucher to redeem, when I got to the till, I was told I must first call clicks clubcard to get the voucher activated. Why?? Surely their systems would have this sorted. Now I'm told the clubcard call centre closes at 5pm. Some of the staff did not even know about this. What a waste of my time, I'm extremely upset!!
