Poor service at Clicks Cleary Park

I am so disgusted by the lack of service and empathy by the Clicks management at our local branch here at Cleary Park Came in this afternoon to pick up my wife's medication just to be told that her prescription is up and we need to get another prescription at the doctor. .....no problem there but only if I received the last prescription that says "last repeat"..... trying to explain this to a person called Casey, who I was told is the manager ,that I never received my last repeat was like talking to a brick wall....I mean no empathy and no help is that was has become of service in the coloured community that because you help your own people you get to treat people like this .......no Clicks do some follow up on tour customer service that a manager would do this .....unacceptable
