Poor service at Clicks

Hi I went to clicks at the Boulders in Midrand and there was no pharmacist at all in the self medication side so I went to the prescription side where all the pharmacists were located and I joined the queue that side. When i finally reached the front the pharmacist told me that i am on the wrong side??? So i went over to join yet another queue on the self medication side. This can not be good service?
