Poor service at Clicks

I am supposed to get my repeat prescriptions from Clicks. The first time I spent 2 hours at the counter with the assistant while he registered my script. One of the items was not available and I was told that they will order it and send me an SMS that never came. The second and third month I never got my prescription on time or the item that Clicks did not have in stock. I will never use the Clicks Pharmacy again. They are a waste of time. The service at Diskem Pharmacy is much better and they deliver prescriptions.
