Poor Service and Searches that are baseless and informed by nothing

I am a working young professional who went into Clicks store in Pretoria Sancardia on the 15th Nov 2017 just after 3pm. After waiting on the que for a good 5 minutes without complaining. I paid for my items. Upon proceeding to exit, I asked to go to the back office. I was surprised and asked why I needed to go to the back office. I was then told that they suspected that I took a packet of sweets without paying. I refused to go to the back and subjected myself to a search. After nothing was found on me, i then requested what prompted the suspicion and requested that I be shown CCTV footage that may have prompted the suspicion as this was my consumer rights which I felt were violated. I was refused such footage. I was at no stage offered an apology and then i requested to be provided a refund and then i requested to take Clicks service number which was refused to me for a good 5 min. The attitude of your so called manager (Koketso at Sancardia) is appauling. he refused me to take a copy of his name tag and refused me a copy of my slip. Only provide a copy after I refused and insisted that I will not leave the store until i receive a copy. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. I will never shop at Clicks again until i receive a formal written apology. Dischem offers a better service any. Why was I refused to view CCTV. I am so discombobulated by the incidence. I have also learned from my friend who also uses the same clicks that they have a tendency of giving people short medication. What is it that they are doing with such medication. Are they selling them to drug dealers. investigate this as well.
