Poor service and ******

It saddens me how click Silverton centre point is somehow ******. I normally purchase my baby's things from them, until I witnessed this racial issue and bad customer service. So one of the consultants asked me to go to this other cashier, as I got to him he told me Antoine called me I should go back to the queue as I'm trying to explain that one of the staff re requested me to go to him.......he went on arguing with me to the point where other customer requested for me to escalating the issue, he even went to the extent of telling me that I'm the one with an attitude. When I requested for a manager I was told she was busy receiving stock and the area manager was not available. Till this day my issue has not been resolved and have stopped purchasing items from that store, this was not my first encounter with them and I am not pleased. Whatever noticed they think every black person who shops overridden slovo and doesn't know their rights
