Poor service and negligence

Good morning, my mom went to jubille mall clicks to buy her prescript medication, this morning when she open the medication was already used. I wonder how come the teller didn’t see this, i guess it was intentionally done hoping she won’t notice. I’m very disappointed in clicks. Hope this reaches management as will be returning that medication and get what we deserve.
