Poor service and lack of integrity with their service advertised

Placed an order online and paid for express delivery, which was said to take 24 hours to be delivered. Been waiting for 48 hours and I’m still told that it will take another 24 hours to be delivered. I enquired about the delay and I was told they do not know and deferred the blame to the courier company.
