Poor service and lack of attention to detail

Clicks in Burgundy Estate Cape Town in Richmond corner has been operating under a year and I've only had negative experiences. I asked for a club card the other day and while paying I asked if my items would give me points they said no so I asked for a refund and for my card to be swiped. I waited over 10 minutes for somone to come and do the refund and the store only had one cashier working because it was so quiet. Someone did the refund, I swiped my card they assured me the points would reflect at midnight of which they never did. I also purchased a vegetable spiraler last month from this clicks and returned it the same day because when I opened it there was someone else's food in it which meant it was returned and put back on the shelf. This clicks has also on 2 occasions not taken the discount of products so I've had to go back and query and get my money. Pathetic customer service.
