Poor service and ***********

I ordered products on promotion on the 25th of July, 4 appliances at 50% off... Then clicks sends me an email that one of the items was out of stock at the time of packing and offered a refund, I declined and opted to wait for the item to be back in stock... when I checked on Monday 31 August, the item (blender) was in stock so I called clicks and the said the person that was dealing with my order will call me before the end of the day to process the order and he did not. Today I called again to check on the progress of my query and they tell me the item it out of stock AGAIN! Im so angry, they sold the blender to new customers while I was waiting for the item, and paid for it. I'm really disappointed in their service.;
