Poor service and disrespectful staff

I have been waiting at the wellness clinic at clicks maponya mall for more than 54 minutes,I called their no to asked to speak to the manager as the staff on the floor kept on saying she is on lunch and the don't know when she is coming back,I spoke to their store manager on the phone who is Nqobile,I explained what my issue was all she said was please hold on and I waited for 6 minutes until I decided to hangup because it was not helpful.finally 14h00 she comes back the sister and she says she still has 30minutes she is going to eat and only then she will assist.i don't know how their system work,but I find this disturbing as I have been in 1 shop for more than 1h30.and the staff totally unhelpful.I used to love clicks but after today I don't think I still need to spend my money on the shop that doesn't respect my time as a customer.Especially maponya mall it's disgusting to deal with people who don't respect customers like this.
