Poor service and attitude

Went into Clicks Horison@Village Sat morning to get over the counter stomach cramp tabs. Two pharmacists on duty with 6 people in the queue and going very slowly. No one at self medication counter. Called for manager to ask where the person was for self medication. Was told there was none and I must stand in the queue by the pharmacists. Said I could not wait for half an hour just to be given a bottle of tabs. She said in the week they had someone there but not on Saturdays . !!!! Manager was not helpful an I could see she is just present to get her pay at the end of the day.
