Poor Service

I placed an order online with Clicks on the 31st March & according to their website it takes 1-3 working days for the order to be processed. On the 03rd April I received a message that my order was ready. I collected the parcel only to find that out of the 12 items I ordered only 3 were delivered. I have been going to the store to find out of my order has arrived but no luck. I phoned their Customer Support who advised me that due to the lockdown it takes about 7 working days. We are past the 7 days as well still no luck of my order arriving. I requested a refund from them they tell me a refund will take up to two weeks. I am so disappointed with their service that I will never purchase items from Clicks ever again
