Poor Service

I am very disappointed with the customer service at Clicks Pharmacy Trade Route Mall branch. I was offered an option to collect from them every month without queuing but obviously notifying me when the my meds is ready for collection. it went well for couple of months until they failed to notify me then I went and complain cause, they apologized and promised to rectify. I was never notified since then, I the decided to go to other branches when I do shopping sometimes to them as well. The past Sunday 28/06/2015 I went to Southgate for shopping and got to Clicks since my meds is finished, to my surprised was told my meds is ready at Trade Route and I was not informed they also said was nothing they can do. I phoned Trade Route struggled to get through after many attempts left the message with Karabo and some Indian lady with attitude returned my call her name was Latmia or something, she couldn't even offer to deliver my meds to rectify the situation as I don't have meds even now. I told her I work in Randburg and get home at 19:00, she asked if she can cancel from their system so I can go to Maponya mall she said they close at 20:00 and they close at 19:00.
