Poor service

Clicks at quagga center in Pretoria west is the worst, first time ever experiencing such service at any Clicks. The poor service is at the pharmacy. Everytime when I come here I wait more than an hour just to get service. Sometime I saw a pharmacist calling a customer to so that he can cut the que because it was packed and nothing was moving and I even saw it today
