Poor service

Today, i again, went to a Clicks Pharmacy in Montclair to request a statement in order to claim from My Medical Aid for claims dated the 5th of June 2020 as well as the 19th of June 2020 and instead they gave Me an audit trail from 2019/02/28 - 2020/03/01 which doesn't assist Me in any way because this will not allow Me to claim from My Medical Aid.

This is not My first poor service experience with Clicks Pharmacy in Montclair which is very concerning given My chronic Health and this new pandemic , i can't afford to keep traveling back and forth because this further exposes My health in danger. I gave the pharmacist the receipts which clearly showed the dates and still they did not assist Me correctly and i hope by coming to this platform, i can receive the help i need because with last years complaint where a Manager (Nokuthula) from there sung Tamia's Smile song while i stood infront of her to this is truly upsetting!
