Poor service

Good Day, I'm extremely upset by Clicks at Soneike Kuilsriver. The pharmacy service is very poor actually poor is an understatement. After waiting so long at the pharmacy you will still go for another waiting to be helped at the tills. This is not expectable. You are the only clicks that has such poor service. I waited 20mins at the pharmacy to be helped and this happens all the time at that clicks. Why is it other shops like dischem are able to service client quick but that pharmacy is poor. Please investigate and i need feedback. Im sick and tired of this Soneike Clicks poor service. I was late from lunch waisted 20 mins just waiting to be serviced.
