poor service

Went to Clicks stores in Tsakane, stood there from 08:45 since their doors opens at 09:00, but the doors were not open till at 09:11 when a lady by the name Busi opens the door and when a customer in front of me went in she just closed the roller door almost crushing the customer and she never bothered to tell us why she was closing the door in our faces, almost injuring a cusomer, only did we realise she was opening for another staff member, no one bothered to inform us as to why was the door still closed at 09:10 as they open at 09:00, I am totally disgusted by the way we were treated by clicks in Tsakane mall and surely I won't ever go to that store because Busi might crush me with a roller doo
