Poor service

On the 16th of July i went to collect my chronic medication as per prescription at clicks pharmacy Dobsonville ,when i got there i was told that my medication was prepared for me at carlton center and i must go collect it there,of which i did not arrange for such,i then told the lady who was helping me that I don't have my chronic medication since 2 days ago and cant go another day without my medication,she then told me that she called them but they not picking up therefore she cant help me. I was disappointed because they do have the medication on the shelve but they refuse to give me the medication for the mistake they as a pharmacy made by preparing medication for me at clicks Carlton center of which i did not make arrangement for such.I then requested my prescription to go collect somewhere else because i desperately needed my medication,she then gave me my prescription but told me the medical aid wont pay because they have already claimed that's when i requested to talk to her senior who was next to her and they wisspered and laughed. The pharmacy manager named Hector was very rude and when i told him I'm in need of my medication he then told me the same thing that he will call carlton center clicks if they don't pick up his hands are tight and he cant help me ,with frustration i asked to speak to his senior he then sent me to the store manager who was very helpful but she unfortunately could not help because she said she does not know the procedure for pharmacy. She then took me back to the same pharmacy manager Hector who of which was still arrogant and rude and told me that he will call carlton clicks and call me when he finds them. I'm so disappointed because I'm made to wait for my chronic medication for the mistake that they made as clicks where else the medication is available on their shelves its not like they don't have stock. Whats really disappointing is non of them cared that i did not have any medication for the past 2 days and all they cared about was calling clicks carlton center but they had my hard copy of my prescription. Till today i have not received any call or any feed back its my fourth day without medication,medical aid is refusing to pay other pharmacy because they have already paid clicks for medication that i did not receive. Please help as i don't know where else to go
