Poor service

N1 City Clicks Pharmacy, what a bad service I have received from Moreba!!

13th Aug 2026 I dropped my script, I didn’t get the msg then went for my meds collection. I was serviced by Moreba, he then said my medical aid is not approving. I said that stranger coz I never had issues. He then said that’s what he is getting probably my bloods results was never sent with the script to the medical aid by my Doctor.

I then went back to work. I called my doctor they resend the script to the medical aid, and I called medical aid. Medical aid said no the pharmacist use incorrect Dr not my doctor hence rejected.

Went back to the pharmacy, went straight to him, he was not even apologetic that they used incorrect Dr, neither apologetic for not calling my medical aid, all he was busy was to have conversation with his colleagues. Not to think of the waste of my time and fuel for two trips to the pharmacy. ***
