Poor service

Good day I just went to a branch of yours in Randburg Square to buy one of your NONE Black Friday specials specifically the month end saving special. The branch didn't have enough stock so I asked the Supervisor on duty for a Reign check and he said that, that product was a Black Friday promotion and said while stocks lasts. He didn't even bother to check if it was part of Black Friday, he didn't even try to check which other branch had it in stock and he reused to give me a reign check. Is this standard practice across all clicks branches? Please see below pictures of the brochure and the specific promotional I am talking about. Hope to hear from you soon.
