POOR Service

<p>Good day. Clicks card # ********** 309164 Mr E De Souza. For years my late wife and I sourced our chronic medication from Clicks The Glen. I just handed in a new script begining of July 2017 for the next 6 months. I got confronted by Bongie the pharmicist equiring wheter I paid the amount of R31.26 which I did and was given another printout by Bongie in June for R31.99. The cashier ha problems to put the amount through. I told her liase with Bongie.The cashier went and came back without Bongie. This was three times. Eventully some gentleman managed to get the amount of R31.99 through which was paid. In a very abrupt and rude manner Bongie confronted me infront of customers whether i paid the R31.26. I said yes. Then words started flying and I call the manager, Very young and has an attitude similar to Adolf ******. They checked found the R31.99 payment but insist i owed Clicks R31.26 and Palesa told me about. Bongie says Palesa should have accompanied me the the cashier as it is prtocol. The young man says it is not protocol. I told him to write off the amount as bad debt. He said I must leave his store and never set my foot in his store again. If it is not for people like me none of them would have had a job. And to put the icing on the cake they speak in their language. I am 67 years of age and a nitwip for the first time my life tells to get out of his store and never come back. What about my prescription? This i view as blatant ******. I hope many people will read this as Clicks staff are the most horrific indivuals you can find on planet hell. Disgusting even S.........</p>
