Poor service

Purchased a Kambrook stand mixer from Clicks Promenade on 24/03/2025 only to get home and find one of the whisks are damaged. My wife phones the same store today to find out if we should return the full product or only the whisks. She's informed by one of their employees we only need to return the whisks and they'll replace it, only for me to get to the store and the manager tells me they can't help I need to return the full product because according to the manager the whisks are the most important part of a mixer and they can't take them from another box and exchanged it.
