POOR SERVICE!!

<p>What is and appointment when you still wait for 30 minutes???? i made an appointment long time ago for 13:00 today, after waiting for 30 minutes the nurse told me i should go and que at the pharmacy section and go pay then go back to her pay for consultation and go que again, really after waiting for so long and wasting my time without being assisted!!!! I am paying for this, i am very dissappointed at your services.</p>
